NetFire Launches New Website Experience

MOUNT OLIVE, NJ, July 16, 2025 — NetFire has launched the first phase of its new website experience, marking a major step toward simplifying how users engage with our platform, products, and support.

This release is part of a broader initiative to deliver faster access to technology, better tools for learning, and smarter support across the entire NetFire ecosystem.

Built in components for continuous evolution

Rather than a one-time redesign, the new NetFire website is being launched in modular components. This approach allows us to roll out improvements incrementally, while continuously refining the experience based on feedback and changing needs.

Before the end of this quarter, we’ll be launching a redesigned help desk experience powered by NetFire AI. The new system is built from the ground up to handle complex technical issues faster and more efficiently, with an integrated ticketing platform that streamlines every step of the support process.

NetFire AI, our generative AI assistant, will be available across the platform to provide:

  • Instant answers to product and support questions
  • Guidance with setup and troubleshooting
  • Smart escalation to human engineers when needed

Purpose-built with our internal documentation and real-world service data, NetFire AI delivers support that is accurate, responsive, and uniquely aligned to the needs of NetFire customers and partners.
